Annie Blight
RGN Cert/Ed FETC N11
Annie is an established trainer in
the private healthcare sector and
has been for the last five years.
Has experience in working as an
Occupational Health Nurse as well
as a Manager of a 40 and 70 bed
care home and College Lecturer.
She is a registered First Aid at
Work Instructor as well as a
Qualified Moving & Handling
trainer. Annie set up Inspiration
Healthcare Training in August
2007. The company has gone
from strength to strength during
that time and now has 7 trainers
including herself.

Julie Watkins
MSc BN Diploma in Nursing: RGN
Julie is another valued member of the team and is  mostly
office based. Is in charge of updating information for
training. Policy writing, implementation and evaluation for
our clients as part of training and consultancy.
Other trainers provide training in specialized fields such as;
Pain Management, Palliative Care, Learning Disabilities
and Stress Management & Counseling skills. They all work
part time.
Mary Jones MBE B.N RGN D.
Mary, besides being a qualified nurse, has 15 years
experience in tissue viability and was awarded the MBE
for her work in developing Maggot therapy in wound care.
Over the last few years Mary has lectured all over the
world on tissue viability and maggot therapy.
Patricia Arnold B. Ed Cert/Ed TEFL
Pat is a qualified teacher with 25 years experience, 12
years experience working for Age Concern and 2years
experience working as an Activity Organiser for a 100
bedded care home. Pat won the Hallmark Activity
Organiser of the year award 2008. Now runs the Activity
Organisers Forum on behalf of Inspiration Healthcare
Training and trains full time.
